30-day returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order. We extend this to 30 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Email returns@socketpower.co.uk to start a return.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for transit damage) or any time during the warranty period (for manufacturing faults). We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost.

The G98 service

Once we have filed your G98 with your DNO, the service is delivered and is non-refundable. If you cancel before we file, we refund in full.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
