Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of products and services from Storm Renewables Ltd, trading as SocketPower (SC802881).

Orders

An order is accepted when we email you order confirmation. Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT.

Delivery

We supply and deliver only to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any address outside Great Britain.

Delivery to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales is free and typically takes 2 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Scottish islands may incur surcharges, shown at checkout.

The G98 service

Where included with a kit (or purchased separately), we will file your G98 with your DNO within 5 working days of receiving complete and accurate information from you. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or DNO processing times.

Warranties

Panels: 12 years product / 25 years performance, per manufacturer. Inverters: 5 years, per manufacturer. Cables and mounts: 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Other liability is capped at the price you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
